Istanbul - Paribu, a leading developer of blockchain-based products and services and a key contributor to Türkiye’s crypto-asset ecosystem, has been announced as the main sponsor of the Digital Leadership Academy’s 2026 programme. The initiative is organised in partnership with the Galatasaray University Entrepreneurship and Innovation Centre and the Boğaziçi University Innovation Centre. This year’s theme is “Digital Leadership in the AI-First Company Era.”
The programme positions artificial intelligence not merely as a technological tool, but as a core driver of human-centred transformation. In line with this vision, the Digital Leadership Academy offers a free education programme designed for students, business professionals, and entrepreneurs.
Established in 2023 as a social responsibility project, the Digital Leadership Academy aims to nurture qualified leaders capable of contributing to Türkiye’s digital transformation. This year’s curriculum focuses on a leadership ethos that “thinks with data, navigates with algorithms, but leads with meaning.”
All training sessions will be streamed live on the Noform Academy YouTube channel. Participants who complete at least 70% of the programme and score a minimum of 70% on assessment tests will qualify for certification.
The programme seeks to strengthen the relationship between technology and meaning while inspiring the next generation of digital leaders. As part of this effort, several expert trainers from Paribu will take part in this year’s sessions.
