Doping Hafıza enters the 2026-2027 season with a holistic learning system.
Istanbul, Turkey- A skill-based approach to personalized exam preparation: Doping Hafıza combines academic and human skills in the new season.
Educational technology company Doping Hafıza has consolidated its personalized academic support tools and applications focusing on social-emotional development into a single framework. The new system aims to enhance students' decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability skills while they progress toward their exam goals.
While the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs research reveals that 39% of workers' existing skill sets are expected to transform or become obsolete by 2030, Doping Hafıza brings academic preparation and future-readiness skills together in the same learning ecosystem for the 2026-2027 season. Developed for the new academic year, the structure brings together 23 features ranging from personalized exam preparation to performance analysis and applied learning experiences. The system is built on the WAY (Who Are You?) methodology, developed through more than three years of R&D work.
The academic framework of WAY was established as a result of a three-round Delphi study conducted with a panel of experts in education, psychology, and various other disciplines. Structured according to four developmental stages from early childhood to the end of high school, the methodology consists of 13 thematic areas, 84 units, and 312 learning outcomes. A scientific paper regarding the framework was published in 2026 in Frontiers in Psychology, a peer-reviewed academic journal.
The methodology is built on enabling students not only to learn academically, but also to know themselves, recognize their strengths, and prepare for changing conditions. Emotional intelligence and empathy, critical thinking and problem-solving, creativity, community and collaboration, and technology and artificial intelligence are among the areas covered by WAY.
Stating that they plan to share usage data and student development results throughout the academic term, Emre Kılavuz, Product Management Director at Doping Hafıza, said: “We have unified our personalized academic support technologies and services with WAY-based development experiences under a single structure. The applications in the new season are not independent features, but components of a system designed to support students' academic and social-emotional development together.”
Emre Kılavuz added: “Founded in 2011, Doping Hafıza has reached more than 5 million students to date through its educational technologies and learning platforms. Our parent entity, Doping Technology, became the only company from Türkiye to enter the 'World's Best EdTech Companies of 2026' list prepared by TIME and Statista.”
Noting that WAY reflects Doping Hafıza’s 15-year successful history of interacting with hundreds of thousands of children every year, Kılavuz explained that study schedules—prepared according to the student’s level, knowledge gaps, and goals—are shaped by artificial intelligence, exam analyses, and the monitoring of learning architects. “While the student’s study routine, motivation, and academic progress are monitored, the program is updated whenever necessary,” he said.
WAY's Smart Assessment Panel does not limit evaluation to a general result based solely on correct and incorrect answers. By using micro-analyses to pinpoint the exact question type and stage where the student experiences difficulty, the system generates targeted review tests for areas in need. Net Mapping analyzes trial exam results in terms of topics, question types, and time utilization, making visible exactly where the student gained or lost points.
The “My YKS Journey” feature provides a personalized roadmap that updates according to the student's daily study time, academic level, target university or ranking, and TYT and AYT exam choices. “My LGS Journey” combines functions such as setting target high schools and scores, identifying knowledge gaps through new-generation question tests, and planning the study process accordingly.
An AI assistant named Dopi provides question-and-answer support to students while suggesting alternative explanation methods for challenging subjects based on performance data. Students can upload photos of questions they cannot solve to receive video solutions from expert instructors, and they can also access teacher support for concepts they find difficult to understand.
WAY’s research framework comes to life in the 2026-2027 season through various applications where students take an active role. In the Future Academy, students divide into functional areas such as product, marketing, finance, and design, experiencing the process from developing a company idea to presenting it by utilizing AI tools.
The Startup Lab feature offers a 12-step entrepreneurial journey covering team building, market research, prototype development, and investor presentations. An AI-powered coach analyzes the student’s progress and provides feedback.
In the “Mission WAY” feature, scenarios drawn from real life and history are utilized, such as post-earthquake emergency management and excavations at Göbeklitepe. In these tasks, students apply data analysis, decision-making, and collaboration skills. “Fateful Moment” recreates critical decision points—such as Nokia's 2007 board of directors process and the 1986 Chernobyl control room—allowing users to evaluate decisions made under varying conditions.
Complementing these features, 21st Century Skills Lessons cover content ranging from career and time management to psychological resilience, an introduction to artificial intelligence, and coding and application development. Through these experiences, the company aims to help students develop skills such as curiosity, creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving while pursuing their academic preparation.
